2. The petitioners in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition have sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

"That the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for the issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to consider representations dated 09.02.2024 and 19.06.2024 and on such due consideration, to grant retrospective promotion to the petitioners to the post of Graduate Trained Teacher w.e.f. 31.12.2007 and to the post of Headmaster, w.e.f. 31.12.2011, in the light of order dated 12.09.2022 passed in CWJC No. 15160/2018 (Raghwendra Sharma & Ors. Vs The State of Bihar & Ors), and further to grant the benefit of MACP w.e.f. 31.12.2021 to the petitioners with all consequential monetary benefits and for any other writ/writs, order/orders, which the petitioners may found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition, the petitioners have already filed a detailed representation on 19.06.2024 before the District Education Officer, Samastipur (respondent no. 4) and seeks interference as the District Education Officer, Samastipur (respondent no. 4), for the reason best known to him, is sitting tight over the representation of the petitioners.

4. Considering the grievance of the petitioners, the District Education Officer, Samastipur (respondent no. 4) is directed to consider the case of the petitioners and dispose of the representation by passing a reasoned order, expeditiously, in

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
