The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been apprehended by the police and upon search, one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has already been sufficiently incarcerated inasmuch as he is in custody since 22.3.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that on the date of filing of the present case, the petitioner was not an accused in any other case,

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019.
