JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, though the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner Rubi Kumari @ Rubi Debi was rejected, vide order dated 22.08.2022, but she is renewing her prayer for bail on fresh ground that subsequent to the disposal of the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner, her brother Pramod Chaudhary, on similar footing, has been acquitted in Sessions Trial No. 459 of 2022 by the court of Sessions Judge, Gaya, vide his judgment and order dated 18.01.2023, since the witnesses did not support the prosecution case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54966 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.Case No. 369 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
