Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bettiah Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 341, 342, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He never demanded any dowry nor tortured the informant ever. Petitioner is still ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Moreover, petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 3000/- per month to the informant for her maintenance,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6163 of 2021(10) dt.18-04-2022 2/2 as stated in the 3rd supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Mahila P.S. Case No 06 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
