2. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 12/12/2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.82667/ 2019.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits during trial the informant, mother of the victim, has been examined and in her deposition she denied the allegation of demand of dowry or torture by the petitioner (Annexure-3). Another witness, Sumitra Devi, has also denied the role of this petitioner in the occurrence (Annexure-4). Petitioner is in custody since 23/10/2018.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts of the case, period of custody
