JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.04.2015 in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2012 for the offences instituted under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the IPC. The accusation is of snatching Rs. 8100/- from the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. No TIP has been conducted. It is further submitted that the petitioner and the informant are known to each other prior to occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge, Munger, in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2012.
