No.1047 of 2017, and redress the grievances of the petitioner, however, the said judgment dated 23.01.2018, has already stood reviewed by the learned Division Bench of this Court by a judgment dated 07.08.2019, passed in Civil Review No.68 of 2019, and the same is not in favour of the petitioners, hence the present petition has been rendered inefficacious.
