The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The death of the sister of the informant took place after 13 years of marriage. Suspicion is that the victim was throttled to death. The doctor has not found any external injury on the person of the deceased and final opinion is awaited till receipt of viscera examination report. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the lack of direct material against the

No.5430 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2021 2/2 petitioner for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for bail, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 26.07.2020, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Musahri P.S. Case No.126 of 2020, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
