Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner in this case seeks regular bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 307/34 and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assaulting and causing fire arm injury to the nephew of the informant.

No.49609 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous land dispute. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of causing fire arm injury against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2022.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM-III, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022.
