Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sorbazar (Patargahat O.P.) P.S. Case No.399 of 2016, registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 4 of the POCSO Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl is major and she eloped with the petitioner and married with him, which is reflected from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Nivash Kumar Singh is directed to be
