Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2016 in a case, where an FIR was registered against unknown. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was simply arrested on suspicion. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5217 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Andhrathari Police Station Case No.57 of 2015, corresponding to G.R.No.803 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
