The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
200 litres of country made liquor and 4 k.gs. of 'mahua' were recovered from the embankment of the river when it was found that the petitioner was running the liquor business. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly recovery has not been made from the petitioner and only on suspicion the petitioner the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Though, the petitioner is accused in other case of similar nature.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1462 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 Considering the above, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.100/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Jehanabad. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
