Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder was registered, on recovery of a dead body, against unknown. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused who has already been allowed bail vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10713 of 2018 (3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 connection with Mirganj Police Station Case No. 95 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
