Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427, 452, 504, 120(B), 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 51(A) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005. Petitioners were identified among the member of a mob which entered into the office of the informant to protest against the preparation of list for grant of flood relief. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5220 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No.429 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
