Patna High Court CWJC No.10583 of 2017 dt.28-07-2017 2/2 The petitioner seeks re-evaluation of her answer-sheets of subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of Intermediate Examination (Science), 2017. It is the case of the petitioner that her answer-sheets have been wrongly evaluated.

2. From the records, it appears that the petitioner had applied for scrutiny of her answer-sheets, which has been done by the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') and the Board has come to a decision that no alteration in the marks, allotted to the petitioner, is required.

3. On perusal of the marks-sheet, which has been annexed with the writ application, I do not think a case for issuance of direction to the Board to re-evaluate the answer-sheets of the petitioner is made out.

4. This application has no merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
