JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1199 of 2013 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 342, 384, 380, 447, 448 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(X) of SC/ST Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the offence did not take place in a public place. Further more, there is land dispute between the parties. He submits that co-accused Shambhu Kumar Jha @ Shambhu Jha having similar allegation to that of the petitioners has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 19.1.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.30162 of 2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, if petitioners named above surrender and pray for regular bail, in connection with Complaint Case No.1199 of 2013, they too would be released on bail on furnishing sufficient bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court. This application is accordingly disposed of.
