The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter No. 68 dated 07.04.2022 issued under the signature of respondent no. 6 in favour of respondent no. 5 by which he has directed to respondent no. 5 the District Sub Registrar Muzaffarpur to not accept the registered sale deed with respect to

Patna High Court CWJC No.12865 of 2022(3) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 land of Khata No. 36, Plot No. 61 Mauza Bhagwanpur, P.S- Sadar, Anchal Musahari, District- Muzaffarpur.

(ii) For issuance of command directing the respondent no. 6 to take final decision on the application/show cause dated 06.06.2022 as submitted by petitioner in compliance of letter no. 67 dated 07.04.2022 issued under the signature of respondent no.6.

(iii) For any other writ/writs, order/orders for which petitioner deemed entitled to."

3. At the outset, learned Senior Counsel for the Religious Trust Board submits that a decision will be taken in the matter in accordance with law after the necessary parties including the petitioner is/are having been heard.

4. Accepting his words, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. The Religious Trust Board is duty bound to take a decision within a period of six months as the same is pending since long.
