JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 This is an application for grant of bail in favour of the petitioner who is an accused in connection with Neema Chandpura PS Case No. 49 of 2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 386, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits, referring to the First Information Report, that certain dispute over transaction relating to transfer of land by the informant to the petitioner is the reason behind institution of the FIR. He contends that the petitioner has been maliciously implicated in the case on the basis of incorrect fact. Considering the nature of accusation, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47570 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in Neema Chandpura PS Case No. 49 of 2015.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
