The petitioner has been in custody since 19.12.2017 in connection with Excise Case No. 353 of 2017 arising out of Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and 47(a) of Excise Act.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Excise Case No. 353 of 2017 arising out of Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017.
