2. The present application has been preferred for the grant of following relief:

"For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order(s) or direction(s) to the respondents to settle the land with the petitioners upon which they and their ancestor continuously residing after constructing their home for long about more than eighty years and also directs the respondents to pay the compensation to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10377 of 2017(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 petitioners for demolition of their house and also to construct their house on the same land in view of policy decision of the Government dated 03.05.1971."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
