1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 354(B), 379 of the IPC read with Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on Section 302 of the IPC was added. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 31.03.2024.

3. The Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as he is having antecedent of two cases and the informant Budhiya Devi has alleged that it was this petitioner who fired causing firearm injury on the stomach of her husband leading to his death during the course of treatment.

4. The bail application is rejected as petitioner is
