2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Section-414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner is involved in illegal business of gold, cash etc. and also in the business of illegal arms.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a licenced money lender. He was not arrested at the spot. Nothing was recovered from his conscious

5. The xerox copies of the licence, annexed with the record, shows that the petitioner has been granted licence for money lending. The petitioner is not involved in any case of similar nature.

6. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
