Although petitioner was caught on the spot but one mobile phone, four syringes and two injections are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who disclosed that the aforesaid injections are used in committing the crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dinkar Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur, Ara/ concerned court in Dhangai P.S. Case no. 21/2015.
