2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 307, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons entered the college premises and made indiscriminate firing. It is further alleged that the accused persons assaulted and obstructed government servants in discharging their duties. Petitioner and others were identified in the CCTV footage of the college.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50381 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 has got no concern with the alleged occurrence and he was only part of the crowd. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he along with others made indiscriminate firing and obstructed the government servants in discharging their duty.
6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
