2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 64, 318(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner established physical relationship with the informant on false pretext of marriage since five years. When the informant got pregnant then the petitioner brought her to his house and went out to earn his livelihood but did not return. It is further alleged that the family members of the petitioner forced the informant for abortion and threaten to oust her from the house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that informant is aged about 26 years and was married twice, firstly with one Raj Kumar Paswan and then with Sanjeet Paswan (Bahnoi). When this fact came to knowledge of Raj Kumar Paswan, he committed suicide and after that informant has came in relationship with another man and after knowing the facts of Sanjeet Paswan, he also refused to live with her then informant has filed this false and concocted case against the petitioner to save the skin of her brother-in-law (bahnoi) Sanjeet Paswan. Learned counsel further submitted that it is apparent from the fardbeyan that there is love affair between the informant and petitioner. It is next submitted that informant established physical relation with the petitioner out of her free will. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025, he has no criminal antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let
