2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 216 of 2025 dated 02.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b) of the NDPS Act.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of 6 gms of smack like material from possession of this petitioner and the quantity of the seized material comes in the purview of intermediate quantity slightly greater than small quantity and against the petitioner, investigation has been completed and he has fair and clean antecedent.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50644 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the quantity of the alleged contraband recovered from the possession of the petitioner and also completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 216 of 2025.
