Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Pakaribarnwa P.S. Case No. 308 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45257 of 2022. Further he submits that petitioners has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49735 of 2022(4) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakaribarnwa P.S. Case No. 308 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
