JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is father-in-law of the informant's daughter and is languishing in jail custody since 10.9.2014 in a case registered under Sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although, the dead bodies of the deceased persons were found in the courtyard of the petitioner but admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and except suspicion there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
