It appears that vide order dated 14.07.2014, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 14.07.2014 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner above-named will remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each within four weeks to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 1245 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the other following conditions :

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
