JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

70 litres of mahua liquor and 25 sachets of 200 ML each of country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint family house and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 343 of 2015, pending in the Court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1833 of 2016 (2) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
