JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 20784 of 2021, which has stood dismissed on account of non-prosecution by an order dated 10.8.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, the case could not be attended when the same was called out for hearing, however, the same act would not be repeated.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the

Patna High Court MJC No.1628 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 20784 of 2021 to its original file.

The present restoration petition stands allowed.
