1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.11.2022, passed in CWJC No.10426 of 2020, the

Patna High Court MJC No.2042 of 2023(4) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra has already passed a reasoned order dated 19.09.2023/03.10.2023, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with, thus the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 19.09.2023/03.10.2023, passed by the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
