JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is named along with two others on the accusation that he along with others went at the house of the victim and took him from his house. Later on blood stained Chadar was recovered near Jawas Railway Halt and accordingly, the informant expressed his suspicion against the petitioner and two others.

Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and except the aforesaid circumstance as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, the co-accused Ramakant Singh, who happens to be the father of the petitioner, has already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20202 of 2015 (4) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 granted the privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 158/2010, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 461/2014 to the satisfaction of the Ad hoc Addl. Sessions Judge-Vth, Lakhisarai.
