====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-06-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

By a detailed reasoned order, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has granted bail to similarly situated co-accusedSudarshan Kumar on 04.05.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.10449 of 2021.

Allegation is that 500 Gms of Charas was allegedly recovered from two motorcycles on which five persons were there.

Considering grant of bail to co-accused-Sudarshan Kumar, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5504 of 2021(4) dt.24-06-2021 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaighat (Benibad O.P.)Police Station Case No.321 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
