Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the FIR, there is suspicion against the petitioner and others to have committed the murder to the son of the informant. The confessional statement of co-accused Sharfaraj before the police annexed with the FIR would reveal that for some dispute arising out of playing cards co-accused Guddu Singh had fired at the son of the informant as a result whereof he died. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12632 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalganj Town Police Station Case No. 576 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
