The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with S.Kamal P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After perusal of the first information report as well as the materials which has surfaced in the case diary, it prima facie appears that no specific role was assigned to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2175 of 2016 (3) dt.31-03-2016 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
