This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with Farsa causing injury at the head of Ram Prasad Mahto, as a result of which he died.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation of repetition of blow. There is case and counter case. Petitioner's side has also sustained injury. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. For a land dispute, the occurrence of assault took place. The petitioner is in custody since

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is refused.
