Nagar Police Station Case No. 526 of 2012, under Sections 147/148/149/ 341/342/382/353/504/307/364/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the above application and materials on record. Also perused the relevant case diary. Heard Mr. Raj Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. R. B. Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.
