Petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 472 of 2019 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further he submits that the recovered material is much less than commercial quantity. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
