JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned AC to GP 20 for the State and learned counsel for the L N Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding directing the respondents authorities for payment of all retiral and other admissible dues payable to him which has not been paid as yet.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding directing the respondent authorities for payment of aforesaid dues with statutory interest as well as pendentelite interest as each head and cost of litigation because the action of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14837 of 2019 dt.03-02-2020 2/2 respondent not only caused daily rather they have compelled the petitioner to knock the door of this Hon'ble High Court for payment of his legitimate dues.

(iii) For issuance any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to file fresh representation before the Registrar of the University, who be directed to dispose off the same expeditiously.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation with regard to the grievance in the present application before the Registrar of the University (respondent no. 3). If the same is done within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the matter and pass reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If any payment is found due and admissible to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within three weeks from the date of passing of the order. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) J.
