2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 390 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with his family members assaulted the informant's son with iron rod bricks and belt due to which he sustained head, shoulder, neck and mouth injury. Thereafter, he was sent to Sadar Hospital for better treatment.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49879 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 counter case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The allegation against him is general and omnibus and the injuries are simple in nature.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 390 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
