Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to grant different of arrears of salary on account of revised pay scale.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that revised UGC pay scale was introduced with effect from 1.1.2006 but difference of arrears has not been paid to the petitioner till date.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.15088 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 of with direction to the University as well as State to ensure payment of difference of arrears of salary i.e. D.A., HRA and Medical Allowances for the period 1.1.2006 to 31.3.2019 if not already paid to the petitioner within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
