Now from the show cause filed by the respondents, it is seen that vide Annexure-B dated 8.7.2015, a reasoned order has been passed deciding the claim of the petitioner. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the matter.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved with regard to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2528 of 2014 (7) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 further consideration or action, he shall have liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law afresh in an appropriate proceeding before an appropriate court or forum. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this application is disposed of.
