The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.167 of 2016, registered for offences alleged under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing has been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that this petitioner has been implicated in the present case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel submits that there are two cases against this petitioner as stated in paragraph 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4650 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 application in which also his name was transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.167 of 2016, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
