JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bishanpur P.S. Case No.60 of 2011, disclosing offences under Sections 302 and 498/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are brother and wife of brother of the husband of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners of any demand of dowry.

Considering the relationship of the petitioners with the deceased and the submission made on their behalf as aforesaid,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47670 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2011. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present themselves before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
