The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case no.607 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of obtaining job on the basis of forged degree.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the he had obtained job on the basis of Intermediate Degree, which is said to be forged one. It is further submitted that he has already resigned and got a private job.

Heard learned A.P.P, who has opposed the prayer for bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3684 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 stating that he is accused in one more case.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, in my view this is not a fit case for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail, as such, let the petitioner surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
