2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, registered in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024.

3. As per prosecution case, there has been recovery of 100 liters of country-made liquor, two utensils, one cylinder and one stove have been recovered near Khanda Railway Line and the petitioner was apprehended on spot.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. He submitted that petitioner has no

He further submitted that the place of occurrence is an open place which is accessible to public at large. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.06.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V-cum-Special Judge Excise, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
