2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25 (1-b)/a, 35 of Arms Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , on 26.04.2025 , informant along with STF and DIU conducted raid in the house of co-accused Md. Jahangir where some accused persons were arrested on the spot. It is further alleged that 200 live cartridges, five empty cartridge and old knife were recovered from the spot and the apprehended co-accused persons disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of their associates.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50048 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of other co-accused persons who were apprehended on the spot. No incriminating articles have been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and he has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . The alleged recovery has been made from the possession of other coaccused persons. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
