For the Petitioner/s : Dr. Amrendra Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Dr.M.K.Gautam(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3.
16-02-2016 Heard Dr. Amrendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. M.K.Gautam, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case no. 134 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 364, 367, 374, 120(B), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation that the petitioner has forcibly kidnapped the son of the informant and as such, he makes a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.
I have perused the F.I.R. and case diary. On perusal of the case diary, it appears that till 10-09-2015, the victim boy has not been recovered, whereas, there is specific accusation against the petitioner in the F.I.R.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1512 of 2016 (3) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
