JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, and the State as well as learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Asthawa P.S.Case No. 239 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 384, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that police during investigation has not found the case of making demand of extortion and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer of bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Arun Yadav, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9521 of 2018 (3) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Asthawa P.S. Case No. 239 of 2017.
